Packing not good. One bag is so full and heavy, one bag is light. Last order, one carton of coconut water was broken. This order one box of eggs was damaged 3 eggs!

Placed a $300 order which was never delivered, yet they insist it was. Coles refuses to provide any evidence to suggest this. Instead they are happy to keep your money and the drivers seem to keep your groceries. Customer phone line is absolutely useless, and just blatantly lie. Go to woolies before you lose out.

Started this thread 1/3/23. The biggest annoyance with this app is when opening a different app & then returning to the coles app it displays a splash screen every single time! This is totally unnecessary! It seems coles is determined to piss its customers off! Get rid of the splash screen! Other than that just another meh Cosworth app. OMG! Colesworth have changed the splash screen! Exciting! Or how about Cosworth dunno the splash screen & go straight into the app? How wild would that be?

Terrible experience! Ordered online 170 sausages and rolls to match little sauce and frozen onions for school fundraiser sausage sizzle. I received email 8pm night before saying they could only deliver 1x pack sausages and 3x bags rolls and there wasn't a substitute sausage. The after hours help # was NO help then 8am opening time was palmed off to 3 different stores then online manager then 1800 number. Got nowhere they wouldn't help or organize another delivery. Went to Spud shed like I should have
