Helpful app, no issues with functionality. Would love the option to opt out of having alcohol show when looking at specials. I will never purchase alcohol and the alcohol specials take up pages and pages of scrolling. I know I can view each individual category on its own, but it would just be more efficient if you could uncheck one category/department when viewing specials.

Simple request for delivery turns into a major drama, all because your system put collect.

The Coles App is really frustrating now. It used to warn you when your time slot was about to expire, but it no longer does, so by the time I finish my order, the slot is often gone. With Rapid Click & Collect, you also can’t see how many items are in your cart, and the option disappears once you exceed the limit. Even after reducing the items, the Rapid option can take ages to reappear despite the app saying “order before” a certain time. I’ve switched to Woolworths many times because it offe
