It's ok, but I hate the AI assistant and wish it wasn't there. Also Palantir system has made shopping at Coles and linked shops unpalatable.

To many mistakes on click and collect, plus I was supposed to get a voucher for one botched delivery that I never received. When delivering shopping staff need to stop putting soft fruit under hard items, which gets bruising and damaged.

Started this thread 1/3/23. The biggest annoyance with this app is when opening a different app & then returning to the coles app it displays a splash screen every single time! This is totally unnecessary! It seems coles is determined to piss its customers off! Get rid of the splash screen! Other than that just another meh Cosworth app. OMG! Colesworth have changed the splash screen! Exciting! Or how about Cosworth dunno the splash screen & go straight into the app? How wild would that be?
