After the app update yesterday, booked round trips are shown to be originating from the same city twice in both the to and fro journey. Please rectify it

Apart from the pre-flight booking experience, we were extremely impressed by the ground staff, particularly Nancy at Bahrain Airport. She was exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and highly engaging with passengers throughout the check-in process. What stood out even more was seeing her later at the boarding gate, warmly interacting with travelers and personally waving goodbye as they boarded. Her professionalism, genuine care created a very comforting and memorable.

Check-in SCAM. My family was standing in line before 30 mints of closing check-in portal online. We also approached the indigo staff before standing in check-in line to stand in special check-in lines for olders & international boarding, but he said to stand in common check-in line. No indigo staff there to announce check-in closing soon, not even there was a dedicated screen to show check-in closing. Only 4 out of 8 counters operational for check-in. Total management Failure by indigo. Shame

Very poor service Even Aircraft is also looked weak and need maintenance, comfort lavel is 0, Refund process is 0, Flight delays 80%, Poor services, customer care agent is also rude and there Ground staff of Mumbai domestic they were threatening the passenger and insisted them to do what there staff want to do so, very bad experience, no improvement from years, guy please don't fly with them

We booked a flight via indogo, Our brand-new trolley bag was damaged and your ground staff took our details and assured us to give vouchers for the next booking and then ghosted us. Not okay with the service.
