I honestly felt good travelling with Indigo I been in international and domestic but indigo is partial and fast the apk interface was logical to navigate and the staff was good they understand digital boarding and digi Martí and the luggage counter understood my purse didn't require check in didn't force one either everything was a good experience the food part it smelled perseverative and was kind of wet I hope the look into the food section too bording and before time reach to the destination

I recently travelled with IndiGo from Mumbai to Lucknow. I was disappointed that water bottles were not provided to the passengers during the flight. At the very least, a bottle of drinking water should be provided to every passenger. I hope IndiGo will consider this and improve the passenger experience in the future.

Worst flight experience ever, My luggage was left at boarding gate and as I boarded I remembered to take it back, but this crew didn't allow me to just take my luggage back it was just 5 min away, I don't understand why so strict rules are there at Pune International Airport but none of people follow rules on Road, this was worse airport and even Indigo crew was not helpful now I have to fill the lost and found procedure. I curse the airlines who do this.

The app does not work 95% of the time, claiming the network connection is not sufficiently fast, even when it is 750Mbps. It is better to book flights from third-party portals because booking directly with IndiGo means fewer offers and higher prices, as well as higher convenience charges without any actual convenience.
