I recently travelled with IndiGo from Mumbai to Lucknow. I was disappointed that water bottles were not provided to the passengers during the flight. At the very least, a bottle of drinking water should be provided to every passenger. I hope IndiGo will consider this and improve the passenger experience in the future.

Extremely worst service🫩. Today my flight bording gate was changed. Neither I have received a single notification nor an announcement. I arrived new boarding gate before 20 minutes of departure. The stuff told me that they can't do anything, already boarded gate has closed. Their reply was this is silent airport, we can't do anything. I didn't even get a single call or notification from staff. Very poor service of India's largest air network.

Dear IndiGo Baggage Services, I am disappointed with the response provided regarding my damaged baggage. The side strap of my baggage has been completely cut, and the stitching on the side has come apart. This is not a minor cosmetic issue but damage that affects the condition and usability of the baggage. I request you to reconsider my claim and arrange for an appropriate resolution, either by repairing the baggage or providing suitable compensation.

One of the worst apps.keeps crashing and booking is refreshed.something.every time.need to use other app to book.indigo.not customer friendly.
