Bad Customer Experience no response on call and also to WhatsApp chat the customer need support, but they will not respond and not support the customer zero.

I had a very bad experience with this app. I booked a ticket through the chuttiapp, but the flight got cancelled. I requested them for a refund. They gave me 90 days. I contacted them after 90 days passed. So they don't respond. I have been contacting them for a month but no one is responding. They are neither answering my Email nor answering my WhatsApp. They are not even telling me whether they will refund my money or not. It was a very bad experience, I request everyone to be careful.
