The application has great features like refund on tickets that get price decreases, but they should integrate and add the ability to choose the class level of the airline (Economy Light, Plus, Comfort, etc.) or whatever the airline offers. Sometimes you can only book economy flights without baggage and seats and thus require to contact customer support to add baggage and pay for it separately, and cannot use points or wallet for it. Otherwise, it's a great application.

Almatar is one of the best travel booking apps I’ve used. The app is very easy to use, and the prices are often better compared to other apps, especially for flights and hotels. Booking is fast and smooth, and there are multiple payment options available. I also liked their customer service because they respond quickly and help professionally. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an easy and reliable way to book travel.

This is the worst booking app I ever use. My flight was cancel last March 23, without any updating about disruption. You cannot talk to a real person but only an AI robot. They tell me that it's better if I will just take a refund... Then until now they are not giving the money and still deducting payment in my Tamara apps. This is not fair... We are working hard for this money to buy a ticket to see our family... You are fooling people. Don't tell us that the airline was not contacting to you.

Extremely disappointing experience with this app. I paid in full for a 5-star non-refundable hotel reservation but never received any booking confirmation. Despite multiple follow-up attempts, I received no satisfactory response. Just hours before check-in, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled with no alternative provided. I was forced to pay double to secure a suitable hotel, which was incredibly frustrating. The only customer support channel was WhatsApp, Take care!!!

Very bad customer services. I did use this app more than a year. This moment one ticket of mine is booked on wrong name by almatar application now the ticket is not matching with passport name. Raised ticket correction request more than 10 days before. No response. WhatsApp chat is AI all no human is listening to help. 30 Sar extra they deducted on the name of request is submitted to airline. This application is totally scam now. 0/10 waste of money and time. 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
