The application has great features like refund on tickets that get price decreases, but they should integrate and add the ability to choose the class level of the airline (Economy Light, Plus, Comfort, etc.) or whatever the airline offers. Sometimes you can only book economy flights without baggage and seats and thus require to contact customer support to add baggage and pay for it separately, and cannot use points or wallet for it. Otherwise, it's a great application.

By far you are a black box, and in Arabic توهيقة I requested a change to reservation date. The hotel was waiting your request to do the change. You didn't sent it. The hotel keep confirming that nothing sent by you, (all recorded). Thanks, God, it was for one night and not for a long period. YOU ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE UR customers services R unreachable except through WhatsApp. A nightmare threads of messages over looong time for nothing. Your competitors were cheaper, douple jouperdy...

Very bad customer services. I did use this app more than a year. This moment one ticket of mine is booked on wrong name by almatar application now the ticket is not matching with passport name. Raised ticket correction request more than 10 days before. No response. WhatsApp chat is AI all no human is listening to help. 30 Sar extra they deducted on the name of request is submitted to airline. This application is totally scam now. 0/10 waste of money and time. 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Very bad customer service many times I request for change flight date but they never respond always tell they will contact but never happen, totally wasted app do your customer service better first I delete the app don't want to use
