You can't add your birthday to the app (thus no bday award). Also, when I tried to order through the app, it said "Sorry! We're not available at the moment." It was well over an hour before their closing time and, when I got there, the cashier confirmed that she couldn't see anything wrong from her end, so it was definitely an app issue. Finally, there's no way for you to scan a qr code to get credit for an in-store purchase. So I didn't get any points for the cookie I bought from the cashier. Wild.

The app says it's no longer supported, that I need to update. Updated and still get the same message saying it's not supported.

App keeps telling you to update, sends you to the play store, but there's no new update. If you try to open it again it just keeps telling you to update. Never seen an app go from perfect to broken so fast.

My Chip City in Merrick on Merrick Road and Merrick Ave is missing from the update. I was just there. They were there before the update.
