My location isn't listed in the app, so I'm unable to order ahead, and you cannot redeem the available rewards, even in the store, without linking your payment method to the app. I don't store payments on my apps, so I guess I'm not using the app. No point ordering is I'm not earning rewards

Too many confirm locations stuff. I placed the order after entering in payment info. Thought it completed the orders.... showed up at the restaurant, and they didn't have it.

While the food is delicious, the app is frustrating. The notifications are too long to read on my previews but when I click on them, buying shows in the app. I hate registering my credit card and just want to be able to use my phone number or email for points like everyone else.

They need corporate to audit their practices. I paid for a Regular plate, the person before me had a mini... they didn't change the scale and gave me less meat.
