My family LOVES Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Geat food, amazing service. We have a few favorites. Katsu chicken is always good. The island white fish is rosewood good! Their macaroni salad is the best!

Is there chicken is very tough as they are cutting the pieces with the grain so that it's stringy instead of across the grain which every chef nose and every cook should know if they are receiving guidance if they follow their corporate training manual. Also I was told I was being given a gift card that I won when in reality when I went to use it I was told it was a promo card and expired. That's not what I was told. My husband says my memory is infallible.

I placed an order through the ono app. And my delivery was missing Items. I called the store my order originated from, and they would not reimburse me for the missing items. Nor would they agree to deliver the missing items - this is extremely frustrating and wrong.

New service fee just to order in the app. I thought that being able to order ahead was more convenient for you guys, but looks like I won't be doing that anymore. Your food is already overpriced, but that new fee brings my order total up to $20. Get out of here!
