My order was not made correctly. I ordered the falafel, and it was missing the onion, tomato and dressing. My cucumber salad was also missing onion and was very skimpy on the other ingrediance and my small olga salad was missing tomato. I am not sure if there is a shortage of tomato & onion, but it would have been nice to have been informed if there was a lack of supplies/ingredients. Normally there are no issues at this location. I gave 4 stars because it was still yummy and good quality food.

Yesterday we had carryout from Olgas on Metro Parkway. Let me tell you they aced our order and everything was fresh and delicious. We always get a pickup and our order has always been correct.

The app works well, and I like the food at Olga's. However, it does something pretty nefarious and what I would consider borderline illegal. During checkout, it shows you your total including tax and everything. You choose your method of payment and continue. JUST BEFORE finalizing your payment, they slip in a default tip that's added to your total. Completely bizarre and unlike any other food order app behaves. I'm sure there's many that just blindly click through without realizing. It's wrong.

I have tried repeatedly to sign up, resign up and everything else the app wants me to do, however this time I was finally able to click the sign-up button, but then it said "We are sorry, but your phone is in use"...well duh!!! I am using it to sign up for this app! Very frustrating!

The order was wrong, I ask for an extra bread, which I don't get. I asked for no rice, which they added. Extra onion, I got no peppers, very little onion, no squash. Usually they are very good today😤😤
