Why are the food employees so nasty now??... These 2 young men are running the fingers through their hair... I couldn't tell the manager because he had on gloves on the phone. The fella that prepared my pizza wore gloves, then took them off... when he was about to pizza from the over, I asked him to put on fresh gloves... be done, and I'm grateful. I'll have to find another Pie Five to go to. I'm kinda sad because the next closest one is about 35 minutes away

Love the pizza and staff, not a fan of the app. It is SERIOUSLY outdated. I loose points because I forget I have to upload my receipt or pay with the associated card to the app both not cool. Please seek an upgrade!

The update is terribly designed. Confusing interface, the old version was better and easier to use. Also, you can't scan a QR code on a receipt to get rewards anymore, you have to TAKE A PICTURE and SUBMIT IT FOR APPROVAL. In what world does that make SENSE. How are points supposed to be rewarded anymore?? Pickup orders entered the app only? Useless for customers that primarily order in store.

Hayden gave me a terrible customer service. I told him this was my 1st time here. I made the mistake of ordering spinach and mushrooms which resulted in the up to 5 topping charge. I also told him not to cut the pizzas. I asked him why weren't you more helpful after I told you this is my 1st time here. Then he cut my pizzas which showed me he was not listening to me as a customer. So annoyed and disappointed. I told him to just cancel my pizzas. Should have gone to Blazon. 😡
