Great app, easy to use to order with. The only downside is that it doesn't dynamically update location, so it's very easy to accidentally order from the wrong location. To counter that, Chipotle has an amazing customer support team that does, in my experience, help work through those issues.

I went to the store on 845 West Riverdale, and I was greeted with a smile, and they always treated us great, I love how the store is always clean, the workers are always so nice and attentive, and the cashier make sure we get everything that we need. I want to thank mostly Evelyn the cashier and the lady we call momma, Maria because they make sure to treat us with all respect, and I really appreciate a place that's always on point when it comes to great hospitality, so thanks to all the workers ♥️

Just to order is fine, but employees don't update the order process as it moves along, until after the order is picked up. I was offered a birthday gift, and I chose the cheese dip... I got another bag of chips? The pricing is ridiculous. I've been in this community for 23 years, 5 guys priced out their customers, and now they are gone; I think you all are on the same path. BTW, the questions below are just stupid and a waste of time.

Why even have the app? It doesn't ever let me pay on it. It always says there is an error, and I end up having to go inside the store to place and pay for the order.

Restaurant forgot part of my order today. Had four orders, with chips and guacamole for each person. They forgot all the chips, and I live 30 minutes from Chipotle. There is only one place on the app to "Chat with Pepper," presumably for customer service. However, I get an error message every time I have tried to contact customer service about this error, so I have not received any satisfaction. The app just updated, and I would give it a zero if I could. Way to go, Chipotle.
