Ordered one burrito for delivery. Total with tip was $25. Paid with a $25 gift card. Delivery driver canceled halfway through. I was like whatever, I'll reach out to them, and they'll just send another. No. The customer service guy offered 2 free entrées. I said I just wanted my initial order, as my vehicle wasn't working and the entrées didn't cover delivery. He then threatened to take away the entrées. Ended up paying $15 out of pocket to get delivery. They then sent the wrong order. Out of room

I was having problems on login telling me my password was not right. I hit forgot password. Input my email address and hit send. Nothing shows in my email or spam. So I tried contacting Chipotle it gave me AI help. I explained everything. The answer it gave me is go to site and hit Forgot Password. THAT'S THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING. Then it says did it solve my problem and rate them. I hit NO. Then it says thank you and clicked off.

Kept taking my reward points without actually applying the discount. Also STILL doesn't have the option to order a side of the vinaigrette after 10+ years of asking.

If I could give it a zero I would, I tried to redeem my points for "50 percent off entrée" but it instead redeemed for free chips and guac. There is no way to cancel the redemption, and I tried talking to support but all there was automated Bs I have been slowing saving up points for months.
