The app doesn't let you cancel an order. Was called by the store and told they couldn't fulfill the order because they ran out of ingredients. I called chipotle support because I can't cancel the order on the app. And was told they can't cancel it either. After half an hour, I can't get my order, and they won't cancel it to give me a refund for the food I am not getting

Pepper the fantastic wonder bot sucks. App occasionally switches pickup location seemingly at random while in order. Once placed there is no refund or resolution if order is sent to wrong store an hour or more away. Had to report to FTC for shady business practices.
