I love the endless variety and being able to build a different custom bowl every time with my favorite ingredients. I placed an order for pickup and was told they didn't have chicken, and it was too close to closing to cook a batch. I was not able to eat the other options offered, so I requested my money back. I've contacted this customer service support with no response at all. I've submitted my inquiry twice requesting my money back and no one has contacted me all week. I don't under why the hell in 2026, can't the restaurant refund your money on the spot. I want to talk to a human not a bot. Do better!

This is the first time I ordered online, and I was really disappointed. There was just rice and beans on my burrito....no meat at all, no cheese, sour cream, or lettuce...the whole order was a disappointment.

Terrible experiences lately. Order issues twice in one week. Communication with the AI "Pepper" is a joke. Nothing could get resolved. And then my order was just canceled without asking me lol. Ridiculous
