This app is awesome! It is very easy to use, and runs by some of the best people I've worked with. Nicole and Victoria help explain and walk through and alway really responsive to support anything I needed help with. Day to day use is very smooth when placing order with Choco. Highly recommended!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I used to take an hour and a half sending texts and emails to all my suppliers. Now all I have to do is tap tap tap and there goes the order. Order guide adjustments at my fingertips. The only thing I would like is the ability to chat with my purveyors through the app. But besides that super awesome and time saving.

Super aggressive, and not transparent. Would not advise using at all. Even got a sales call from them even though they had our restaurant name and had set up an account. User interface is pretty generic and if communicate to you sales representative on a regular basis on a group chat already would not recommend.

One of my suppliers signed up with these idiots, and now they call me weekly. At home, at work, by text doesn't matter. They call and when you say you don't want them to call they keep pushing the sale. What a dog pile of a company

I've requested a demo three times and not even had a response to say 'no'. I honestly cannot understand how a company with $33m funding cannot answer a demo request from an interested potential customer... I'm starting to wonder if the whole thing isn't just a scam.

The app is disruptive to suppliers. They are trying to force their way into the industry and steal a piece of supplier's profits. Most suppliers have their own ecommerce platforms built on their own ERP systems. They spend their funding on mass marketing with fake reviews proving themselves to be nothing more than a Kardashian. Suppliers need to stick together and shut this down.
