I have been using this app since its release. I was skeptical of Christian meditation at first, but I desperately needed a way to dump the stress and anxiety in my life. I went into this cautiously, but I was so relieved at how biblical and beautiful these meditations are. I use the app most days, early in the morning and late at night. I can always find a meditation for the moment I'm in. I don't use all the features in this app, but I find it easy to navigate and use. Such a blessing.
