Your app is good, only a necessary suggestion is that: When I enter pin code for login to the app, the pin code is visible. So everybody sitting next to me can know my pin code and misuse the app and get my medical reports and record without my permission. So the pin code should not be visible and readable in digits, instead it should display stars (****). Also, when I try to upload my prescription, the app simply crashes and restarts from scratch. I am using it on Samsung A07 phone. Thanks.

Please show low or high range result in Red color as shows in previous reports. Red color easily found rather than blue.

Terrible experience with them. Got m test done in Feb and still didn't receive my report for zinc level despite gote 2 deadlines of 20th March and 10 April. Despite got confirmation calls from their official number. Complained 100 times but zero response. Every time CSR gives same speech sir m apki complain forward kr rha ho apko call Ajay gi. And then ghost. Now I want a full refund for my test otherwise going to file a suit against them in consumer court.

I was diagnosed with lumbar spine cancer involving the L1, L2, and L3 vertebrae based on an MRI performed by Chughtai Lab at their Head Office branch. However, when I sought a second opinion and treatment at Mayo, their MRI showed no cancerous lesions. Chughtai Lab should stop these fraudulent practices and unethical tactics. It is a disgrace and a shame to have a laboratory operating in this manner in our country. 😔 😟
