I can see billing info and policy info, but they are separate. I can't find any display of billing for each policy.

Run - don't walk away from this app. First in sugn up it rejected my 5-digit zip code in verification process. Then it rejected my 9 digit (w/ dash) zip code. Remived and reinstalled. Then rejected my email address. They have miles to go before this app has any value at all. Fortunately I only wasted 90 minutes at DMV trying to provide proof of insurance before giving up and driving away without temp license plate.

The app is slow and buggy for such a premium insurance carrier. When I need it most it does not work, just sits spinning and retrieving my data. This was very frustrating when I recently needed to register our cars and almost had to make another appointment at the DMV except that we had a backup plan with our agent being able to provide it remotely.

It's impossible to find my insurance card & Chubb disabled my biometrics. This app wasn't written for user experience.

Terrible. Both the app and the website never loads. I've watched the wheel turn over and over and never load. Very frustrating! It's to the point of wanting to switch to another reliable insurance company. Premiums are so high, and I can't get anyone on the phone nor get on the app. Bad service all together. Unreliable for the money that you pay.
