Ordered @ incorrect location 20 miles away tried Cancelling my online order, called Manager at the location Hangup on me saying he can't refund or cancel my order directed me to App. Did the Process, was notified they would investigate? Or get back when a Manager was available?! Waited 2 days until an email informed me in 48hrs a Manager would call & review my situation!!? Waited 5 days no contact no update & no REFUND!! CALLED THEIR CSR NUMBER FORGET ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY NO SKILLS!

Signed up for the FREE tenders welcome offer, only to find out the app charges $4.99 just to select a required flavor .even ORIGINAL! 🤦🏻♂️ Yet when you PAY for the tenders, those same flavor choices have NO additional charge. So how exactly are the tenders FREE? Ruined our family lunch plans over an offer we couldn't even use. Extremely misleading and disappointing.

It was so hard we couldn't eat the biscuits or pies and had to peel the skin off the chicken. I reported it on the app and the system offered me 100pts? The meal was almost $30, but it offered enough points for nothing? Poor form Church's. Do better! I wasn't going to leave a bad review until it offered me a 100pts and presented the 100 pts like they were handing me $100. Lame
