I'm using this app for my business. But your pool listings are confusing and when assigned a lead. It should lock out others trying to reach the lead

All day I have been getting dozens of the same notifications for the same leads.....when I tried to adjust my notification settings I can't... I do not need an app notification, AND an email AND a text, and I also do not need multiples of each for the same lead... this app is not user-friendly and is super confusing and tedious to use....

This app is terrible. First when I try to send a text message it says that my CINC number is not registered, but I know it is. 2nd it shows all my leads as N/A rather than the correct status they are in. Constantly need to delete reboot and reinstall. Very annoying.
