The app won't work now. When I open it, it says I need to update in order to continue. When I click to update, it only offers the option to Open or Uninstall. When I click Open, it goes back to the 1st screen that requires an update.

Every time I try to make a call from this app, it crashes. Every time I try to text from this app, it slows down to the point where it is unresponsive. Every time I try to get support, they tell me that they are escalating my case. Every time they tell me that they are escalating my case, they never do... It's nice to have a platform that serves you clients, even if it's for a nominal fee. It is unfortunate that that platform makes it difficult to convert those clients be because of bugs.

This app is so glitchy. Typing a message to a lead is a nightmare. I switch to text as soon as possible, sometimes I don't even respond using the app. This is supposed to be a tool for agents to respond to leads quickly and efficiently. It is not that.
