CINC Manager provides you the best experience for recording and tracking Violation Inspections and Work Orders. Our new app was designed by feedback from our clients and User Experience Design experts.
CINC Manager is a fully integrated application that works with CINC Systems for Violation Inspections, Work Orders, & ACC Requests. With CINC Manager, you are able to view, track, and update CINC Systems data in real-time. The CINC Manager is an all-in-one app that eliminates the need for you to take along printed reports, notepads, cameras, and pens. Since the data access is real-time, you do not need to type this information in later or upload it after you return to the office. All the information you need to make decisions are available to you on-site with CINC Manager.
Features: • CINC Manager is a universal app that can be installed on both Android phones and Android tablets. • View, update, or create new Violation Inspections and Work Orders on-site with real-time access to your CINC Systems data. • Email communication directly within the app for Board/homeowner/vendor correspondence to provide better visibility and eliminate phone calls. • Attach photos using your device camera or photo library to new or existing Violations and Work Orders. These photos can then be added to your violation letters or emailed to vendors for work orders to eliminate confusion and provide a better understanding of the service problem. • Escalate a Violation to the next level or close any Violations that have been resolved. • Close Work Orders that have been completed. • Access closed Violations and Work Orders as well as view the status of any ACC requests that help you make more informed decisions during your inspections. • Re-open closed Violations and continue the process where you left off. • Search functionality throughout the app to provide you quick access to the information you need. This includes searching for associations, properties, violations, work orders, and more! • A redesigned Work Order experience that includes pre-approved vendors to streamline the vendor assignment process (for Portfolio Management users only). • Dark and Light Modes so you can pick the best app experience to fit your personal needs. • CINC Manager can be taken offline, all from the same app! If the neighborhood you are inspecting has a weak or no signal, you can download all the information you need ahead of time directly to your device in order to perform your inspections, all without having to be connected to a network. Once back online, you can then sync your inspections back up to CINC Systems. Best of all, there is no need to download a separate app to go offline.

Works well for our group performing inspections. The app needs a strong cell connection to work well, or you have to plan ahead and use the download capability for your communities. Every now and then you can receive a "network unresponsive" message when working in the field.

Works most of the time on iPad -- but you need to 2-hand iPad as you're driving which makes it slow to use. iPad also tends to crash if cell reception is weak. So you download neighborhoods which slows down the process. On my Samsung phone, the app works fine at the office with gig-speed Wi-Fi. Out in the field it crashes every time I add a picture. Doesn't matter it it's with great 5G, bad 5G, 4G LTE, or downloaded. Using a phone is quicker than tablet. I have an open ticket with cinc.

This app doesn't work half of the time and is catered for apple users. When attaching photos to a violation, the check mark in the upper right column doesn't work, and you can't even attach photos defeating the purpose of even sending a violation. Please have the developers and nerds collaborate together to have a functioning app for Android users.

I have been using this app for over 2 years. When I first started using the app, it would crash randomly, but I noticed it would crash more when I went to take a picture, and I would have to start over because nothing saved. It was working okay until the most recent update, and now it crashes after every single picture that I take. My inspection took me twice as long today, and now I have to reschedule my second inspection due to CINC delays.
