The Cincinnati zoo is awesome. We had a great day, seeing all the animals. The meerkats, giraffes, penguins and gorillas were pretty active. We were able to see the baby gorilla. The plantings are beautiful, the zoo is clean. We met a zoo employee who had a good stock of bandaids for our granddaughter who had fallen. The only complaint I had is the restroom was out of toilet paper and some of their soap dispensers didn't t work.

Love all the features! It made it super easy to plan our trip and navigate the zoo. The estimated travel time to each animal was super helpful and my kids loved checking off all the animals we had planned to see. I love that I had access to my membership within the app for discounts.

Used this app for first time today and was slightly disappointed. Was very difficult to navigate the map part throughout the zoo kept getting us lost and had hard time figuring out where to go. Wish there has been a way to show where we were on the maps, so we could have been ale to use it better.

Don't waste your money half the animals aren't there. Very disappointing, waste of $80.00.
