The app reloads every time you switch back to it from another app. So, your ticket purchase session resets and the seats are locked, and you can't buy them anymore. Terrible experience.

Can't use my NOS card to get 2 tickets for the price of one, it just doesn't show up even though I have it associated to my account. Every "help" article returns an error processing request. Tried to buy through the website, but it also returns errors even trying to select the seats. Also, they send you texts sometimes with promotional codes, you enter them on checkout, and it says the code is invalid. 1 star is being too generous, but unfortunately you can't rate them 0 stars.
