Good APP, good info of account... should have the ability to introduce or handle more than one account.... then it would be perfect. How about a remote control APP for UMA and Android boxes as an alternative remote control? MMM... I lost my remote control, know what.... 🧐😵💫🧐😵💫 an APP remote control would be a great feature.

I had tried to cancel my Wi-Fi plan about 2 month continue calling. Firstly nobody listens and when I get message which I have to reply desligar to cancel my Wi-Fi plan they restrict that massage I can't send them this service iller than any other

Just found out that as NOS asks for one's review, it has a max of 500 characters! Poor service, expensive, rude and overall not reliable. But being one of the first in the PT market, should and could have improved. Don't call customer service as you will be paying for a call with an agent that could not care less and does not know even how their own system works. It's a shame to have to explain how tech works to the tech support...still waiting for a reply since last winter 2024! 500 done!

They don't even deserve 1 star because of the service they provided. They are not professional towards clients and full of scammers. I wanted to cancel a contract with them, and they made a huge thing about that. One says this another says that blah blah blah. Full of scammers.
