Worst headset, pairing on Bluetooth is a headache. Voice distortion during calls is frequent. I won't take these for free also.

Connectivity to phone still takes time... Need to multiple time switch on/off phone Bluetooth and headset. Kindly rectify this. Sound is good 4 stars for that. Laptop connectivity is good. Need some guidance on headset update on laptop.

This app and the Cisco 730 headset have been horrible to use. The app has trouble reconnecting to the headset, and I have to re-pair it almost every time. Also, one of the updates installed from the app to the headset made my mic sound sped up. Avoid!

Do not buy 730 Headset the dual Bluetooth connection does not work properly. Not worth the price paid.
