I like that I never have to drive to the bank, and I can do ALL my banking on my phone. Deposit, transfers, pay bills, see my credit score, see where my money is going at the present moment. Citadel app is great. The 📊 of what you are spending most on helps and the % of last month's spending vs present. There is just so much you can do with your money to split it into categories. It's cool.

I just cannot understand HOW, when a company UPDATES their app, there end up being MORE PROBLEMS!!! Their bill pay doesn't work today and of course, neither on my phone nor desktop, are there ANY chat agents available. SO POOR. I SWEAR I'M DONE WITH THIS BANK. ERROR AFTER ERROR, I just cannot have this with a BANK of all things!!! WHAT will doing a video chat do??? THAT will not fix YOUR ISSUES!! ALSO, WHY is it I cannot expand a check image??? Just another problem with your app!!!

Please add an option to turn off the marketing push notifications. I have it turned off in settings, but I got the notification for the home buying seminar, and I keep getting notifications when your locations are closed or opening late. I'd like a setting to only receive transaction related notifications.
