This has been my credit union for approximately 20+ years, and I have always been treated like a valuable customer. Each and every representative I had met with for various reasons has made my membership worthwhile. When I call to speak with member services or stop in to speak in person my questions or concerns are always appreciated and approached with great concern and urgency. The customer service is outstanding; I could not do business with any other company.

This is one of the worst banks I've ever dealt with. I'm in the process of finding another bank. This bank is unprofessional and incompetent. Debit card expired last month and I still don't have a new debit card. Don't bank with these people.

Everytime that I gotta wait a verification code to come through it's either taken to long to come or when it does come the app ends up blinking off and I gotta redo the process over and over again and that is cause me problems alot of times

Can't even see a list of recent transactions! Thanks a lot for updating this app, now I can't even see without logging in a list of recent transactions. Before the update I could at least see my recent transactions without logging in. Every single time I have to click on seven lions just to prove that I am a human to log in. This app is cumbersome, frustrating, and annoying. Now there is nothing that I like about it.
