First Financial Mobile Banking

★★★★★ The best Credit Union in MD for service, loan products, and financial education. Website is easy to navigate quickly make transactions. I have been with FFFCU for 40 yrs and prefer over any other financial institution.

★★☆☆☆ I also get a white, blank screen when opening (Android) app. This app is totally unusable. (I've actually been having this prob since at least 9.21). So, 1st Fin. Totally is not working here in this 21st century, w/o an useable phone app. I feel like 1st Fin. Is in 20th century, since nearest branch is at LEAST 1 hour, 15-minute one-way drive for me, so I have to do ALL my banking, basically, in-person, rather than mobile banking on my smartphone. I DEPEND on smartphone apps for banking (ck mobile deposits) since I live in rural location (as opposed to DC/Baltimore suburbs!); I would prefer a bank that has 21st century approaches vs. one--like 1st Fin--that has poor technology that forces one to use 20th century approaches (in-person banking). (I have mentioned this prob to bank reps, but obviously, nothing has changed--I must change banks, therefore. Too hard to use 1st fin.). BTW, another non-21st century aspect of 1st Fin: why don't you accept PayPal transfers/deposits from my PayPal account?? (oh, & my other bank with a different account, they do! AND they just became a part of Belle, too...basically, other bank institutions are using and including newer 21st century ways of doing bank business--mobile, digital online payments, transfers, etc.--but NOT 1st Financial! Again, 1st Financial showing how they're still stuck with more 20th century old-ways of doing banking things, which does not work for me at all!

★★☆☆☆ Can't even see a list of recent transactions! Thanks a lot for updating this app, now I can't even see without logging in a list of recent transactions. Before the update I could at least see my recent transactions without logging in. Every single time I have to click on seven lions just to prove that I am a human to log in. This app is cumbersome, frustrating, and annoying. Now there is nothing that I like about it.

★★☆☆☆ This is one of the worst banks I've ever dealt with. I'm in the process of finding another bank. This bank is unprofessional and incompetent. Debit card expired last month and I still don't have a new debit card. Don't bank with these people.
