Same problem as Rebekah, can't log in now. I get taken to a blank screen to submit an answer to probably my security question. I know my answer and tried inputting that amd nothing happens. I'm also using a Samsung Galaxy s9

The previous version was bad, only because it took so long to log in. This one is worse. It still takes a little while to log in, but now I cannot see any details of each transaction, which is essential to finding potential fraudulent transactions. Also, it takes forever for the account to update to an accurate current balance. Those 2 things are the only reason I have this app, and they barely function. I actually find this really strange because the service inside the branches is outstanding, so it makes me think that maybe their IT department just needs to be replaced or retrained.
