Since the last update I have been unable to use the App. It keeps asking me to scan the QR code, which I do, but then the App crashes, and we start the cycle again. I've tried deleting and downloading the App again but still no good.

A bit lagging compared to iOS version and strangely the video proposes stays in English even when the app itself is in Bulgarian for example. Edit. 11.2025. Now it works as smoothly as in iOS. Yet does not get why there are differences in the options and the layout to both OS.

The camera is not opening when I try to scan the QR code. A red line appears over the symbol of camera and the camera does not operate to scan the QR.

The "done" button is tiny so takes several attempts to click it. Massive security risk, filming videos you can't avoid getting toolboxes in the video, toolboxes that are worth thousands of pounds, some in our workshop are worth in excess of £60k, filming and getting these in the video for hundreds of complete strangers to see, it's only a matter of time before they get stolen. Filming videos on every car is time-consuming

App was running perfectly until the latest update. Now when filming, even with the flash activated, the picture is very dark, especially when under the vehicle. I have phoned and emailed yourselves to resolve the issue, but have had no reply from yourselves. Needs to be updated again ASAP to resolve this issue.

Would prefer it to save video on device (or have the option to save it) so it can be watched back again at a later date. Would prefer it not to automatically turn to landscape. And you can't tell if vehicle loaded before doing a video. At the moment, if vehicle not loaded, you've just wasted time and have to delete video. Also, it now says "update available" when opening app. Guess what? No update available
