Great app although there is an issue. At the "encoding video, please wait" section, 3-minute videos can take over an hour to encode and sometimes just don't encode. I am using a Samsung S20+ and have reported to CIT NOW support.

As an android user. The dealer web to cit now button to send through all the details works, but the upload always fails. Works perfectly doing it manually. Support weren't much help, unfortunately. Hope it gets sorted ASAP as. It's a nice feature to have!

Recently the video always get stuck at the encoding stage. Extremely frustrating when you've spent time doing a decent video for this to then happen. Using app on Galaxy S9+ with the latest version downloaded. Dread doing a video in case it doesn't work.....not great!
