Not a bad handheld CRM. I wish you could upload from gallery and edit notes like you can on a desktop. Had an issue the last day and a half where it shows text messages and videos being delivered but customers are not receiving them. Overall I like it

Always crashes, can never send photos or videos the first attempt, AI oversteps with customer conversations, all the salespeople complain about having the same exact issues constantly.

Videos take forever to upload or send, whether on mobile data or Wi-Fi. Also keep getting notification that video wasn't sent in que, so I resend, only to find out it did send, so I end up sending video 2–3 times...

Works fine probably 70% of the time. But then every once in a while you see how lazy the programmers were when making this. Videos regularly fail to upload without giving any reason why, searching for customers that aren't assigned to you is a pain, and generally just worse off than the desktop version. Still better than most other CRM apps but that's no excuse for a sloppy and lazy program

After the Android Update, I can't send email templates or opt in texts at all. I get an error message. This is only affecting Android Users. Can we please go back to the previous version for Android until you get this fixed?
