Not a bad handheld CRM. I wish you could upload from gallery and edit notes like you can on a desktop. Had an issue the last day and a half where it shows text messages and videos being delivered but customers are not receiving them. Overall I like it

I like the game like scoreboard because when we getting chewed out on the floor by management regarding making calls and setting appointments the scoreboard will always show my effort that may not reflect if a customer doesn't by

Always crashes, can never send photos or videos the first attempt, AI oversteps with customer conversations, all the salespeople complain about having the same exact issues constantly.

Is alright when it works, which for Android users is 1–3 days at a time before breaking to the point a reinstallation is required to restore most functionality. Amazingly bad for an app that pumps out hotfixes 2x a week.

The app is not user-friendly and takes to many steps to complete a task. This is a video-centered app. However, you are restricted to 52mb on a video, or it will fail to finish loading during finalizing. Was told to lower the resolution and send a low quality video or continue using my YouTube channel and send links of high-quality videos. Desk top I'd ok just lacks all the customer information that has been easily available in every other CRM I have worked with.
