I have had only great experience using this app for purchasing ferry tickets in Puerto Rico Ferry tab. It has made the purchasing experience rosewood much better. I can not speak to the other functions of this app however, as I haven't used it for anything else.

So far this app is easy to use, I just wish when you purchase VIP, if Children are Free they would not charge a VIP price for them, they would not allow it to be removed either!

Horrible app. Won't let us purchase tickets for the Puerto Rico Ferry no matter how many times we try. Super glitchy, crashes, goes back to the homepage randomly. Just horrible. Useless and horrible.

Very difficult to navigate to purchase Anderson Island ferry tickets and to retriever them. Need to clarify to tap the 3 lines at top left for options. That is not spelled out anywhere. Our Anderson Island Assistant app has worked great for everyone for many years. Easy to purchase tickets and show your ticket to ferry ticket taker. Feels like we haze gone back 10 years with this app. Would have gone much smoother rolling it out with the old so still in use.

My county, Pierce County. Recently switched over to this app. It is impossible to find the ferry tickets I need to get home. Poorly designed ui with no easily accessed search function.
