App asks for my number to send an OTP. Never received any OTP so cannot use the app. Tried it with other phones but same issue. Why do I have to register my number to use the app ??? Why not just let me use it like every other transport app there is.

I can't believe I issued a city bus card just yesterday that I've to use their poor service for remaining 30 days more. I said it because I've to see 3 KGL buses go by while waiting city bus on this scorching summer days here. The company management got to start sending more buses in Jahra area. P.s improvement this bugging app too
