Customer support amazing!!! But timing just for ship orders its unbelievably slow!!!!!! Just to get approval items to ship to their warehouse can take up to 5 days. Put in stock your items, which received warehouse up to 1 week. I don't know even how many times will take time to ship just from their warehouse. It's not drop is wholesale shipper. Alibaba shipping wholesale orders during 10 days maximum. They should hire more people for doing drop-ship business.

Very disappointed experience. I placed an order. Then was asked to pay additional shipping fees afterward. When I refused to pay the unexpected extra charge. My refund request was also refused. I feel this situation was handled unfairly. And my concerns were not properly addressed by costumer service. Even I'm loyal one to them with thousands of order, but they don't care.

Irritating app, most items is falsely listed and cj AI thinks it's 4 items you are buying, I see 6, customer support say 1 item, cart process is from 1974 online shopping, frustrating abd confusing, not 2008 or 2026 online shopping cart standards abd functions, removing these false fraudulent items from favorites app hands then crashes, and you need to relaunch the app, many things glitches and fails to go yo where you would expect it to go, but that is cj website programming defects.
