My mother is admitted at CK Birla Hospital, and we are facing shocking negligence. Despite confirmation, bed 5418 was given to another patient with no accountability from staff. Yesterday, the nurse gave only 0.5 mg instead of the prescribed 2.5 mg, then lied it was 2 mg and mocked about fooling me. This is dangerous and unacceptable. I demand immediate senior intervention, strict action against staff, and assurance of proper care.

App login asks for 6 digit OTP but on UI screen only 5 spaces are available for entering OTP. Very bad user experience as a new user. Not able to log in even. Please help

The app doesn't have any real information that the website doesn't. Most of the sections have no info. However, the app has been designed well to lure patients/ customers to get it downloaded. But the irony is that the app doesn't have the previous history of the patients. The app should have been made more useful with relevant patient information so that we the regular patients of CMRI can have real information.
