I have all my different check-ups at the Alexandra Hospital, and I use the app functions to do the reschedules of appointments, registration, etc., etc. I find the app is very convenient, the services of the hospital staff are so far, very good and courteous, and the hospital itself is very clean, orderly, and peaceful environment.

Could find the appointment section easily. However, when I chose a new date to reschedule, it didn't go through. Only when I did it again, the rescheduling was completed. Otherwise, it's very easy to use.

Unable to access the account because it keeps asking to go back to sing pass to login. Very annoying.

Why android samsung 10 n abv can open nuhhs app. Im using android samsung 8 I cannot use after all is 4public health shd b available access for patients. Now i house health hub instead. I cannot book appt online

Previously these apps quite okay, but this time round horrible, I have attempted to log in many times, but this app just keep on loading and loading, non-stop loading, I have also check my network connection, all no issue, NUHS, please kindly fix this problem, otherwise is inconvenience for patient to log in to view bill, online purchase medicine or check appointment.

I did my scans etc. and visited your specialist, why do I have to file a request to access the reports (scan results etc.) and referral letter for the scans! I don't know why you digitalize everything then proceed to gate keep my data from myself, while these data should be easily available digitally. The report request function would also redirect me to an external form and despite in the same NUHS system, some hospitals have different forms that you need to fill in. frustrating.
