Could find the appointment section easily. However, when I chose a new date to reschedule, it didn't go through. Only when I did it again, the rescheduling was completed. Otherwise, it's very easy to use.

I have all my different check-ups at the Alexandra Hospital, and I use the app functions to do the reschedules of appointments, registration, etc., etc. I find the app is very convenient, the services of the hospital staff are so far, very good and courteous, and the hospital itself is very clean, orderly, and peaceful environment.

Previously these apps quite okay, but this time round horrible, I have attempted to log in many times, but this app just keep on loading and loading, non-stop loading, I have also check my network connection, all no issue, NUHS, please kindly fix this problem, otherwise is inconvenience for patient to log in to view bill, online purchase medicine or check appointment.

Chat system is really terrible. 1st agent was non-responsive. I'm not able to minimize app, so I'm left waiting several minutes with an empty chat before being kicked out for my patience. System should have done this earlier! 2nd agent was not able to access the first conversation, so I have to repeat everything again to him. Although 2nd agent was more responsive, chat still crashed again "due to inactivity". Finally, problem was resolved via a phone call. No, thanks at all to this app!

Recently on 7th July 2026, I went for a medical appointment at ENT Head And Neck surgery. At about 12pm, I went to E06. I greeted the female doctor, young in her twenties. She proceeded to clear my wax in both ears. After which she said to me 'you can go' I left disgusted thinking this doctor has very bad bedside manner. She was very rude, unbecoming of a doctor. I give this feedback in the hope that things will improve in the future
