The NUHS App is a mobile healthcare app solution that aims to empower, engage and enable patients to manage and take charge of their health. Developed by the National University Health System (NUHS) and Synapxe Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Integrated Health Information Systems Pte Ltd), users will be able to access health information and services across the following NUHS institutions: • National University Hospital • Ng Teng Fong General Hospital • Alexandra Hospital • Jurong Community Hospital • National University Polyclinics • National University Heart Centre, Singapore • National University Cancer Institute, Singapore • National University Centre for Oral Health, Singapore • Jurong Medical Centre
Patients will be able to: • Manage their appointments and receive notifications for appointment reminders • Register on the go and check their queue status • Request for medication refills or top-ups • Purchase and download their medical reports directly from the app • View and make payment for outstanding bills • Access the app using biometric data such as fingerprint and facial recognition • Link to ‘MyInfo’ in Singpass for a more convenient set up of ‘My Profile’ • Pre-fill appointment and medication request forms with their contact details once ‘My Profile’ has been set up • Enable caregiver consent to access functions of the app • View health records such as lab test results, immunisation and prescription records • Obtain recommendations on health screenings and vaccinations based on their demographics and health status • Interact with the chatbot to obtain information on clinic operating hours and other commonly asked questions

Could find the appointment section easily. However, when I chose a new date to reschedule, it didn't go through. Only when I did it again, the rescheduling was completed. Otherwise, it's very easy to use.

I have all my different check-ups at the Alexandra Hospital, and I use the app functions to do the reschedules of appointments, registration, etc., etc. I find the app is very convenient, the services of the hospital staff are so far, very good and courteous, and the hospital itself is very clean, orderly, and peaceful environment.

The Junior Doctor at the UCC is incompetent and lies to his senior doctor on misdiagnosis of the patient while all the nurses lie to the patients that he is the only "Senior Doctor".

Previously these apps quite okay, but this time round horrible, I have attempted to log in many times, but this app just keep on loading and loading, non-stop loading, I have also check my network connection, all no issue, NUHS, please kindly fix this problem, otherwise is inconvenience for patient to log in to view bill, online purchase medicine or check appointment.

Why android samsung 10 n abv can open nuhhs app. Im using android samsung 8 I cannot use after all is 4public health shd b available access for patients. Now i house health hub instead. I cannot book appt online
