A patient can not make an appointment online twice within three consecutive days. Now every serial is made online. So I had to go through this horrible rule when doctor told me to visit with the test reports. After reaching the reception, I had be listed in by offline serial. This single thing costed me more than two hours in waiting before other people. I contacted with the reception, and they said they had nothing to do with this. Tried to complain through the box but no paper there to complain

There is not even a contact number available in case we face any issue. Every time I try to book a slot, it shows: “Exception occurred. Please contact with administrator.” How are users supposed to contact the administrator when no contact details are provided? This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
