I am totally disappointed with this app.It needs development a lot. I don’t understand that when I need to go to a doctor with new disease in which dept or OPD I should give my serial. I am not a doctor that I should know all this. Moreover, the app becomes so slow at 12 o'clock at night that I couldn’t give serial of my parents. Totally frustrating with this app. It should have launched after necessary upgrade and research on beta version.

Very poor services, they are maintaining a server but cannot give any notification regarding that, we need to go to cmh it center to confirm that the CMH server is under maintenance, for that reason my father could not get any doctor's appointments.

There is not even a contact number available in case we face any issue. Every time I try to book a slot, it shows: “Exception occurred. Please contact with administrator.” How are users supposed to contact the administrator when no contact details are provided? This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
