Delete account button does not work. IT team does not seem able to fix this simple task. Careful when switching phone numbers guys, new person owning your past number can still easily access your account and see you medical appt histories because it is not properly deleted. Flow to change phone number is not straightforward too. At this rate I only hope no one owns my old number.

WORST EXPERIENCE using this app, I can't even go to the next step just because of the field email. The application keeps on discarding the info about my email, although I have filled it with the right information. I tried to retry a few times, but the result is still the same. I opened the 'Chat Bantu an' but still an error. I tried another way using WhatsApp, but it is handled by AI -- and my problem still can't be solved.
