Veeeeeery poor app, it doesn't even run in background like any standard smart wear app, accordingly the watch Bluetooth connection drops each 15 mins one the app crashes in the background and never back till I reopen the app again (already made sure that all the restrictions and removed giving the app all the permissions to run smoothly but it simply suuuucks) I paid for the new CK movis watch just, full of jokes, what a waste of money this app not just need an update it needs to change

I lost the notification connection and I need to disable the notification abd re-enable it again 😠

Please work on increasing the backgrounds and faces. I bought the Movies model a while ago, but the app is very poor in faces. Unlike other brands that are less expensive and have fewer features. The appearance of the faces is a very important factor in buying a watch. Also, the map does not work at all in the app when doing running exercises.

It doesn't run in background, and it lost the connection with the watch

Hello, I bought a Scykei Move smartwatch, but it only receives notifications (WhatsApp, SMS, etc.) when the app is open in the background. I already enabled notifications, gave all permissions, and allowed background running, but the issue still exists. Please provide a solution or update to fix this problem.
