Works really well up to a certain point. Because my school has several departments, and I am in multiple ones, the app has a few bugs with regards to unread messages in one of my accounts. And my school has a tough time reaching the customer support, which is only ever digital, to sort through tech issues. There is always a new problem, and I just gave up fixing them all.

Good App and Service (and I'm sharing this from a father of two kids), but PLEASE know and be aware: yours & your kids' experience, as well as a proper and safe use of it will depend A LOT on HOW your kids school staff CONFIGURES and use it. Rest assured: this makes a HUGE difference on HOW you, your partner & your kids will fully benefit from this nice and very decent App & Service. New to this app. Only using it because the school just changed over to it. But so far I still prefer the other messaging service. This takes long to open, if there is an emergency to communicate it's a problem.
