Works really well up to a certain point. Because my school has several departments, and I am in multiple ones, the app has a few bugs with regards to unread messages in one of my accounts. And my school has a tough time reaching the customer support, which is only ever digital, to sort through tech issues. There is always a new problem, and I just gave up fixing them all.

New to this app. Only using it because the school just changed over to it. But so far I still prefer the other messaging service. This takes long to open, if there is an emergency to communicate it's a problem.
