Works really well, clear video (which is kinda gross haha) and the Wi-Fi settings are typical for a device which is transmitting data/video in real time from the device to your phone. I have a dash cam that works the same way, and a/c & heating units that require them making their own Hotspot for initial setup. Nothing nefarious here (though I admit I don't know why this can't be done via Bluetooth). Anyway, this works like it claims.

I've been trying to connect this "Intelligent Visual Blackhead Remover" to my Wi-Fi for 4 hours. It won't connect at all. It doesn't even give me the option. This is the worst app ever!!! Truly a wasted $100 because the only reason I bought this was to see my skin visual on my phone. It doesn't work.

Thought it would be able to connect through the Wi-Fi instead it tried to create its own Wi-Fi. Sounds like Chinese spyware

I've had my phone for three years, and for the first time within three years, my phone started opening and closing random apps on my phone within 30 mins of installing this app. Only this app. My phone screen also started turning on and off every few seconds. This app also tells you to disconnect from your own Wi-Fi network, and instead connect directly to the camera devices "Wi-Fi network", which is the only way you can connect to the devices' camera.

Had occasional connection issues. Device allows Wi-Fi connection, but does not actually start the video communication. After some fiddling with Wi-Fi and restarting, usually it works. Recently, it does not work at all. Connection is established, but no video at all. And no way to fiddle it to work. While it was working, it was great.
