You have to turn off "Auto reconnect" on your phone for the Wi-Fi. Otherwise, you'll get a picture, and your phone will reconnect to your home Wi-Fi. Once you do that it works great!

Yes it does work. I was worried how someone could see, but it has a camera and a flashlight pointing out from camera. As someone mentioned, you have to make sure you turn off "auto reconnect Wi-Fi" when you click on the useeear Wi-Fi - otherwise the video feed won't work. I was able to use it easily, just be careful. You don't want to damage your eardrum. And sterilize before use.

I love being able to check inside my ears and see what's going on when I have this annoying ringing called tinnitus. I wanted to see if there was wax build up inside my ear drum, causing it. I know wax is supposed to be there to protect against, bugs, etc., entering. I saw little wax in the area, and I didn't dare go further down and cause injury to my ear drum

I'm connected to the Wi-Fi, I turned off auto connect for my home Wi-Fi and told my phone to stay connected to the products Wi-Fi, and yet whenever I click the home button in the app it just tells me to connect to the Wi-Fi and will not let me do anything else. I'm on android please someone help 😢
