Worse app. Terrible service. Cleaner didn't even show. No one online to help or pick up the phone. No where in the app to cancel regular order. Scammers

Never had an issue with the cleaners or anything like that. I have a regular cleaner come and she's great. The issue isn't with the service provider, but the app itself. It is so badly designed. I need to be away as an emergency and I can't just put my service on hold. I have to cancel and hope that I will get the same person again. You also have to put your address in over and over to adjust the service. It is frustratingly limited in functionality

It's a scandale ! My flatmate booked a cleaning service with a friend discount code and then the day when the cleaning lady is supposed to come cleanzy canceled our booking saying that we could not use this discount code. Then you should have prevented us in the site from using this discount code and we would have booked without!! You cannot just validate the booking and then cancel one day before the cleaning!! We were really counting on this cleaning as my parents were coming! What a shame!!
