Like another user described here, I was rejected from using their app and wasn't told why. And before Clear ask, yes I did email your support department and didn't get a reply. I downloaded the app and completed the survey for the invite code and even used someone's referral code. And it said to wait for invite code to be emailed to me, but it never came though? It's not in my spam folder or anywhere else, and it's the right email. I emailed their support asking what happened and got no reply.
