Clearpitch is a chromatic pitch pipe that has the features you need and is easy to use.
-You can blow in the microphone to play sound like a real pitch pipe! -It supports four entire octaves. -The pitch is always perfectly accurate and easy to hear because it is generated in-app. -You can change the pitch tuning (A=440) a half step up or down. -Play and change pitch with a simple and intuitive interface.
-The interface: The outer buttons play as long as you hold them, for a quick reference. The inner button, once tapped, plays until you tap it again. Change octaves by dialing clockwise (up) and counterclockwise (down) around the button wheel.

My favorite pitch pipe app so far. I love that you can change the octave that each note sounds. I would like to be able to adjust the settings to have it default to a different range upon opening (i.e. C2 or C3 instead of C4), but I love it otherwise.

Only two pitches. I tried closing it and reopening it. I tried with and without blow mode enabled. I turned my volume up and down. I could scroll through the notes, but even as the octaves changed, I only heard two distinct notes. And because of this, I'm not sure which notes those might be :/ seems cool if it works on your device though

When I press the middle button it doesn't sustain the note but rather pauses and continues a bunch of times. I can't even use this app without getting frustrated

I couldn't even tell that there were notes coming out of the keys you press! If an option I gave a 0 out of 5.
