I had some time to kill so tried out the app at a bubbletea place I've never been to and needed extra time to find. Order was exact, and it was even ready before the 10 minute countdown was over. Would be 5 stars if app notified exactly when order was ready. Wish more places had this! So much easier to just look at menus on the app than in person.

Are you serious? App sends ads via push notification, and will send them even when blocked on Android level because it creates another notification channel to send the ad by. Blatant abuse of push notification permission. Combined with inaccurate opening times for restaurants, would not recommend.

Their app reported my order was rejected. So I went and bought lunch elsewhere. No problem, it happens. However, without any notifications they processed the rejected order anyways. Now they are refusing to refund me because the app's order history says complete. Not impressed

I am stuck at verification step with some kind of internal server error. Cannot get past that step. Very disappointed.
