Play through classic 8-bit style graphics and a retro-inspired soundtrack as you help our zany cast of scientists SAVE THE WORLD by preparing against climate disasters that occur around America.
Climate Quest is a game that gives the player the power to influence mass climate change events and learn about how climate change can affect the cities and towns that they live in. Each game event has been vetted by climate scientists for scientific accuracy.
This game is brought to you by the EarthGames team at the University of Washington, and proudly debuted at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History in January 2016 after winning first place at the national Climate Game Jam.
Climate Quest is for ages 8 and up, and is designed to be played in a museum, classroom, or home setting. It takes approximately 10 minutes to play through the game. Teachers and parents can also utilize our accompanying teaching material accessible at our site (earthgames.org) to extend the learning experience.

Best GBC-like game on the store! This isn't really an RPG, its text-based. It does not have any replayability, but it is very, very faithful to the old Gameboy Colour games of the good ol' 90s. Brings back memories of the Golden Age of gaming! It needs improvement though, it feels too text-based.
