So much time wasted for a simple hair cut. Asked for number which I gave. OTP sent and keyed. Asked for email and another OTP which didn't come. You just lost another customer. The one in front of me gave up as well.

For a simple haircut now, the shop decides they need your full contact details via the app by forcing customers to download and use its app to join the queue. Totally unnecessary.
