Missed a step and my number was being re-queue. Try to click on option in the app click on dequeue option but to no avail. Informed the hairstylist so when is my turn and was informed I have to wait till all the queue finishes. Seriously?? I purchase my ticket at 2.07pm. Missed my a step queue at 4.10pm. I have waited for 2 hours at the outlet. How is this fair for me? Cuts, please do something. There's room for improvement.

Someone please contact me about why this app doesn't work the way it should. I joined the queue when it says there were 2 people in the queue. When it was nearly my turn, I was notified to go over, saying I was the next in line. However, the hairdresser said there were many more in line who bought tickets manually from the kiosk, hence I had to wait maybe another 40 minutes. It wasn't that they paid extra to be next in line. Why would ticket bought manually not show up in the queue in the app?
