Someone please contact me about why this app doesn't work the way it should. I joined the queue when it says there were 2 people in the queue. When it was nearly my turn, I was notified to go over, saying I was the next in line. However, the hairdresser said there were many more in line who bought tickets manually from the kiosk, hence I had to wait maybe another 40 minutes. It wasn't that they paid extra to be next in line. Why would ticket bought manually not show up in the queue in the app?

Easy to use, but an important feature didn't really work. Joined a queue, paid for the haircut but didn't get an outlet stamp. Wrote in to inquire but no reply. App didn't work as stated and weak customer service.
