If you have been in therapy before and understand how therapists respond you will think this app is ridiculous. I'm honestly not sure how this app actually helps people emotionally, it asks a lot of questions, and they are never ending. I think if you're going to use AI, don't use it for this, this is just dumb, and you can't replace emotionally intelligent human beings with artificial intelligence. AI has its uses and it's not this.

I'd love to try this app, however whenever I open it it just stays on a loading screen so haven't been able to get to the first step yet

Why can't I get any further than the poll questions? I probably answered 100 of them, where it says "Answer this poll to get matched with others!" yet never got to the next step. Only clickable options led to the list of poll questions I answered, with AI chats and no real people that opened up if I clicked an individual question. Very strange, not at all as described. What am I doing wrong??? Can't set up a profile or anything at all, hoping for a response.
