DO NOT USE/ BUY THIS APP!!! It used to be great and pics,videos etc. were organized so that they were easy to locate but now they are a mess. There was an update of some sort which I didn't do or have knowledge of and now it is unorganized. All of my videos won't play. It says that they need to be downloaded and I have 100's of them. I can't go in and download every single one of the videos it would take forever!!!! Please fix this asap because right now it is absolutely USELESS.UGGGGGG

The app has now been rendered useless; no backup, no data, no restore, and no easy access albums; an endless rambling of photos just now showed; still no way to backup, options to do so are shaded out; I just paid for another year of unlimited...FOR SHAME!! What is happening can't see any of my photos, I've used this app in so long was very easy to see any folders, now all photos together, really hard to check for anything, try to log in Cloud and can't log in, please fix it, really loved this app before

App has worked well for me for almost four years, but went in today and can no longer access my "favorites". It redirects me to G Cloud where I am already logged in, but which doesn't have that filter available. What's going on?
