Great service every time I have used them. I keep coming back because of Helen and the people above her that I have interacted with. Better to rent a scooter from them than to rent a scooter onboard the ship. I will continue using the Cloud Of Goods team when I am traveling and need a mobility scooter

Horrible service ... placed an order several times and was canceled each time. I understand it may be high demand for certain items but couldn't even get a regular wheelchair. Won't bother returning ... I ordered a mobility scooter for my wife, and it will be here faster than the supposed availability date for a rental I was given !!! I'm giving 1 star simply because finally after cancelling my order 3x they communicated with me about why !!

I typed in lift chair and nothing came up, and I know you rent them. No ease of finding what you want to rent or not enough explanations on the page.
