Useless app not even sure it works. The appointments are never kept at all. Had appointment booked for 1:40pm and It's now 2:40pm...... not worth the wait if the appointment isn't even going to be held. Would not recommend at all

Had an appointment with promised follow up/referral, did not receive follow up and no way for me to contact the dr who helped me. No record (other than past appointment date) in the app. This is seems like a scam app used to profit off ohip. Beware. Eventually received my referral multiple weeks later Second attempt, and I've been waiting in the room for 1.5 hours, even came 10 mins early to my appointment. There is no way to reach out for assistance, just stuck hoping a doctor will join.
